The training session is aimed at academic employees involved in international projects, as well as those planning to engage in such collaborations in the future. Over the course of two intensive days, participants will develop practical skills essential for working effectively in culturally and generationally diverse teams. They will learn proven tools for communication and project management, and strengthen their leadership competencies.
The session will be led by Joanna Frączek-Broda – an experienced trainer who has been successfully running trainings for employees of the University of Lodz for many years. Her professionalism, excellent rapport with participants, and practical approach were always praised by attendees of previous editions.

- 5-6 May – in Polish

- 28-29 May – in English
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Venue: University of Lodz (exact location will be shared upon confirmation of attendance)
Group size: 15 participants per group
The programme includes the following topics:
- cultural and generational differences in academic teams,
- communication styles and intercultural communication tools,
- team roles and effective project collaboration,
- handling difficult conversations and resolving conflicts,
- building collaboration and managing research teams.
Each participant receives a certificate.
