If so far you have not sent the proof of payment for the card, to get it on the designated day of collection, please take the proof of payment with you or send it to the address bos.wsmip@uni.lodz.pl. Payments recorded at a later date will result in printing the ID card with a delay.
Persons undertaking studies in more than one field of study receive one ID card issued by the Dean's Office of the primay field of study.
Persons who have an ID card issued in a different field study on the University of Lodz, do not pay for the ID card.
Please bring your ID and writing utensils with you.
